We provide an extensive evaluation of our network against key methods on Facial ExpressionRecognition 2013 (FER-2013), Extended Cohn-Kanade Dataset (CK+), and Real-world Affective Faces Database (RAF-DB) benchmark datasets. We also perform ablation evaluation to show the importance of different components of our architecture. To evaluate the efficiency of eXnet on embedded systems,we&nbsp; deploy it on Raspberry Pi 4B. In this study, the synergistic mechanisms of trypsin and superoxide dismutases (SODs) were evaluated in Hylocereus undatus (pitaya). Trypsin significantly improved the storage quality of H. undatus, including weight loss impediment and decrease of cellular injury. The regulatory mechanisms of 16 SOD genes by trypsin were revealed using transcriptomic analysis on H. undatus. Results revealed that important physiological metabolisms, such as antioxidant activities or metal ion transport were induced, and defense responses were inhibited by trypsin. Furthermore, the results of protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks showed that besides the entire ROS network, the tiny SODs sub-network was also a scale-free network. In the environment, due to the application of organic fertilizers in agriculture, the increasing diversity and abundance of ARGs poses a potential threat to human health and environmental safety. In this paper, the microbial community structure and ARGs in different types of organic fertilizer treated with composting were examined. We found that the abundance and diversity of ARGs in earthworm cast organic fertilizer were the lowest and the highest in chicken manure organic fertilizer. Interestingly, the abundance and diversity of ARGs, especially beta-lactam resistance genes, sulfonamide resistance genes, and macrolide-lincosamide-streptogramin B (MLSB) resistance genes, in organic fertilizers were reduced significantly, while composting caused no significant change in mobile genetic elements (MGEs), where antibiotic deactivation and the use of efflux pumps were the two most dominant mechanisms. Thus, it is required to reduce the effect of EMP using shielding materials. In the present study, we have used different thickness of concrete walls by incorporating 1 and 5 wt% of carbon black, as well as 100 ?m thick Zn-Al coating using the arc thermal metal spraying method (ATMSM). The EMP was evaluated using waveguide measurement fixture for shielding performance of the concrete wall in the range of 0.85 to 1 GHz frequency. The results reveal that the maximum value, i.e., 41.60 dB is shown by the 5-300-N specimen before application of Zn-Al coating where the thickness of concrete wall was 300 mm and 5% carbon black. However, once the 100 ?m thick Zn-Al coating was applied on concrete specimen, this value was increased up to 89.75 dB. The increase in shielding values around 48 dB after using the Zn-Al coating is attributed to the reflection loss of the metal thermal spray coating.
